THE MEETING EXPERIENCE, EXPLAINED
From the invitation to the room.
Open the invitation
There is no separate guest registration, password or entry code. The organiser has already set the guest’s name. Guests use their individual invitation link.
Decide how admission works
Organiser approval is required by default. Review who is waiting and admit the right people. Enable automatic approval when you want invited guests to enter without an individual admission decision.
Know when entry opens
Audio or video entry becomes available 3 minutes before the scheduled start. Automatically approved guests can enter in that window even if the organiser has not arrived.
Waiting is different from joining
Viewing the page or staying in the waiting room does not trigger a meeting participant charge. Entering audio or video does: even one second counts for the full booked slot.
Keep links personal
Each link belongs to an invited guest. Forwarding it can give another person access through that invitation, so guests should keep it private.
Example
Three guests arrive eight minutes early. They see the countdown and exchange a useful link in the waiting-room chat. Their meeting charges begin only if they enter the audio or video room.
After the meeting
Guest-facing access closes after the meeting. The organiser keeps the meeting history in their signed-in dashboard.
A BETTER CONVERSATION STARTS EARLIER
A welcome that keeps entry deliberate.
The personal page gives a guest context before media entry becomes available. They can check the organiser, meeting details and countdown without creating a participant charge just by viewing the invitation.
Choose manual approval when you want to review arrivals yourself. Automatic admission is a separate choice: approved guests may enter during the media-entry window even if the organiser has not arrived.
Keep the distinction between waiting and joining clear. Waiting-room-only visitors are not charged, but any audio or video entry counts for the entire booked slot, including a very brief visit.
