THE MEETING EXPERIENCE, EXPLAINED

A schedule with the details included.

Choose a time and duration

Book start times at :00, :15, :30 or :45. Choose 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Your browser timezone is the starting choice; you can change it and see the selected timezone in the invitation and preview.

Add the right people

Enter guests with their names and email addresses or use saved contacts. Add, edit or remove people before sending. Each invitation greets the guest by the name you supplied.

Add useful context

Include an optional formatted description, links, cover image and logo. Preview both the full meeting page and the shorter email invitation before sending.

Reminders that follow the meeting

Email invitations and scheduled reminders provide the current details. The reminder schedule includes 24 hours, 30 minutes and 5 minutes before the start when those times apply.

Change the plan

Reschedule or cancel from your dashboard. Guests receive updates and can respond to invitations. A declined invitation no longer provides entry through that guest’s link.

Keep the booked end

A late start does not move the end time. If more time is needed, select a paid 15- or 30-minute extension during the meeting, subject to available credit and the next booking.

Repeat a useful setup

Create meeting again starts a fresh editable draft from a past meeting. Change its details and guests before sending new invitations. Old links stay inactive.

Avoid competing bookings

Planzic prevents overlapping bookings for the same organiser. An extension cannot run into their next booked meeting.

A BETTER CONVERSATION STARTS EARLIER

A better invitation starts with better details.

The date and timezone matter as much as the meeting link. Check the selected timezone in the preview, choose a start at a quarter-hour interval and allow a duration that matches the conversation.

Use a description to give guests an agenda and relevant links. If the plan changes, update or cancel from the dashboard so guests receive the current details rather than relying on an earlier message.

For repeated work, create a new draft from a past meeting and adjust it. Fresh links keep the new meeting separate from the previous session; copying a meeting does not establish an automatic recurring schedule.

MAKE SPACE FOR THE PEOPLE

A meeting that fits the moment.

The right context helps people arrive ready. Explain the purpose, give guests useful links and select the admission, meeting type and duration that support the conversation.
