Understand what makes up the total.
Cloud recording rates
Audio recording: US$0.54 per recording for a 60-minute slot.
Video + audio recording: US$1.80 per recording for a 60-minute slot.
Recording rates scale to the slot duration. Cloud recording includes the first 30 days of storage. Audio meetings offer audio recording; Video meetings offer audio or video + audio.
Who pays and who counts
The organiser pays. Count each distinct person who enters audio or video, including the organiser. Invited people who never enter are not charged. Viewing the page or waiting room alone is not entry.
Joining for one second, joining late or leaving early still triggers the full booked-slot charge. Reconnecting does not create a second initial-slot charge.
One final rounding rule
Calculate the exact applicable participant, cloud-recording and extension components, add them together, then round the combined meeting total upward to US$0.10. Exact multiples stay unchanged; zero stays zero. Do not round each person separately.
A practical example
For a 60-minute Video meeting with 10 joined participants including the organiser:
Meeting: 10 × US$0.36 = US$3.60.
Cloud video + audio recording: US$1.80.
Final meeting total: US$5.40.
Without cloud recording, the same meeting costs US$3.60.
Recording and extensions
Cloud recording used during any part of a slot adds that full slot’s recording charge. Stopping and starting in the same slot does not add another recording charge.
Paid extensions are 15 or 30 minutes. Their count uses distinct people who have joined when the extension is selected, including the organiser if joined; disconnecting does not remove them from that count.
Local recording and longer storage
Supported local recording has no additional recording fee; normal meeting charges apply.
Cloud recording storage beyond the included 30 days costs US$0.10 per GB for each additional 30-day period, based on actual file size. Keep enables balance-funded renewals; Delete stops them.

A BETTER CONVERSATION STARTS EARLIER
Estimate the complete meeting, once.
Count everyone intended to enter, including the organiser. Choose the booked duration and meeting type, then add the compatible cloud recording option if you plan to use it. The estimator combines exact components before rounding.
An estimate is useful for planning, while the final charge follows actual joined users and applicable full-slot components. No-shows and waiting-room-only visitors do not add participant charges. A person who enters briefly still counts.
Cloud storage after the included thirty days is a separate retention choice. Extensions are also separate booked slots, so an initial-slot estimate does not quote the cost of extra time or longer recording storage.
