FROM DASHBOARD TO SETTLEMENT
Sign in with Google or a one-time email code. View upcoming meetings, past meetings, contacts and your available credit.
Set the title, date, time and timezone. Choose Audio or Video and a duration of 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Start times use 15-minute intervals.
Add guests by name and email, or select saved contacts. Add optional details and preview the meeting page and invitation. Choose admission, chat and recording settings.
Review the estimated charge. Sending active invitations reserves the estimated amount from your credit. Top up if needed, or enable guest sponsorship for an unfunded meeting.
Guests use personal browser links without an account. The waiting room opens 10 minutes before the start; audio or video entry opens 3 minutes before. Approval is required by default, with automatic admission available.
Control your microphone and, in Video meetings, your camera. Manage participants, chat and presentation permissions. Add a paid 15- or 30-minute extension when more time is needed and the schedule and credit allow it.
After the meeting, applicable charges are settled and unused reserved credit is released. View the breakdown in your dashboard and receive an email with the charge and remaining balance.
You schedule a 30-minute client review, send personal invitations and admit the guests when ready. If one invitee never enters, their reserved participant amount is released after settlement.

A BETTER CONVERSATION STARTS EARLIER
Check the timezone, duration and names before you activate the invitations. A personalised link belongs to the guest listed by the organiser, so accurate names and email addresses make the invitation easier to recognise.
Use the preview to review the details from the guest’s perspective. An agenda, a helpful link or a short description can explain what to prepare without requiring a separate conversation about where to join.
Afterwards, use the dashboard to understand settlement. Credit reserved for an invitee who never entered is released; someone who entered briefly still counts for the complete booked slot.
MAKE SPACE FOR THE PEOPLE
The right context helps people arrive ready. Explain the purpose, give guests useful links and select the admission, meeting type and duration that support the conversation.
