Guests open their own invitation link without registering, entering a code or installing an app. Their name is already set by the organiser. A countdown and admission status show what happens next.
Your meeting, your controls
Choose audio or video. Approve guests yourself or enable automatic admission. In video meetings, manage screen sharing so one person presents at a time. Use text and links in chat when enabled.
Credit instead of a subscription
Top up from US$10 and pay for booked meeting slots. There is no monthly account fee and no free hosting plan. The organiser pays for each person who enters, including themselves. Invited people who never enter the audio or video meeting create no participant charge.
Keep what you need
Record locally without an additional recording fee, or choose paid cloud recording with 30 days of storage included. Your dashboard keeps meeting history and charge details after the guest page closes.

A useful meeting begins with a reason to attend. Give the conversation a clear title, explain what you want to discuss and put supporting links in the description. Guests can arrive with the right document open and the purpose already in mind.
Choose Audio for a conversation that needs listening, or Video when seeing a person or presenting work helps. The selected meeting type and booked duration determine the participant rate. Cameras being switched off do not change a Video booking into Audio.
The guest link brings the person to their own meeting page. The waiting room and admission rule provide a clear transition into the conversation; the organiser remains responsible for welcoming the right people.

A 60-minute Video meeting with ten joined people, including the organiser, and cloud video + audio recording has a US$3.60 participant component plus US$1.80 recording. Without cloud recording, the meeting costs US$3.60.
