OUR TEAM · PEOPLE WHO BUILD TOGETHER
Twenty people.
One reason to keep building.
We are a team of 20 developers and freelancers who have worked together for many years. Now we are bringing that shared experience into Willfred: useful applications built around real problems and the people who face them.

THE EXPERIENCE BETWEEN US
A team takes more
than a list of names.

Working together over the years has given us more than technical experience. We have learned how to discuss an idea, challenge an assumption and help one another get useful work finished. That familiarity is part of what we bring to Willfred.
Our team combines developers and freelancers. Different perspectives help us look at a problem from more than one direction, while our shared experience gives us a foundation for building together.
We are putting that experience into Arleyo, Sornix, Planzic, Hontra and Securinos. Each application has a different purpose, but the question behind the work stays the same: what can we make easier for the person using it?
WHAT SUCCESS MEANS TO US
More people helped.
More reasons to love the product.

We are not here to become billionaires. We want to solve problems, reach more people and build applications they enjoy using. A product matters when it earns a place in someone’s life through the help it gives them.
We also want the work to last. A sustainable business lets us maintain our applications and keep improving them. Fair prices, a focused team and practical development help us pursue that aim without losing sight of the people we serve.
HOW WE WORK
Good ideas get better
when people work on them together.
We value a useful contribution over a grand promise. Understanding a problem, asking a thoughtful question and improving one small part of an experience can move a product forward.
We want our applications to be clear about their capabilities, prices and limits. Earning people’s trust starts with the choices we make in the product and the way we explain them.

Start with a real need
Describe the problem and who faces it before deciding what to build.
Bring something useful
Ideas, development experience and a fresh perspective can all help improve the work.
Care about the result
Keep asking whether the experience helps people and whether they would want to return.
A CONVERSATION, NOT A PROMISE

Tell us about the work you want to do.
Introduce yourself, describe the idea or experience you would bring, and explain why it matters to you. We can start there and discuss what working together could look like.
