THE MEETING EXPERIENCE, EXPLAINED
Choose US$10, US$20, US$50 or a custom amount of at least US$10. Top-ups are manual. There is no monthly account fee, automatic top-up or forced recurring card payment.
Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes and transaction fees, with nothing added at checkout.
Before active invitations are sent, Planzic reserves the estimated participant and selected cloud-recording cost. Reserved funds cannot pay for another meeting or a storage renewal.
A reservation holds credit for the meeting; it does not create a second charge.
After the meeting, Planzic settles full-slot charges for participants who entered and applicable recording. Unused reserved credit returns to your available balance.
If nobody enters audio or video, the meeting closes at its scheduled end and the full reservation is released. Cancellation before anyone enters also releases the reservation.
Your meeting history and settlement email show the total charge, released credit and remaining available balance. Successful top-ups also produce a credit confirmation.
For an unfunded meeting, request payment from all guests or selected guests. The first successful sponsorship payment activates the meeting. Additional successful sponsorship payments are credited to the organiser.
Extensions use available credit. Choosing Keep for a cloud recording enables additional 30-day storage renewals from your balance until deletion. This does not enable automatic card top-ups.
Top up US$10. A 60-minute Video meeting with 10 joined participants and cloud video-and-audio recording costs US$5.40, leaving US$4.60 if there are no other charges or reservations.
A BETTER CONVERSATION STARTS EARLIER
Available credit can fund another booking, an allowed extension or eligible storage renewal. A reservation holds the estimate for one meeting and is temporarily unavailable for other uses; it is not a second payment.
Settlement reflects the people who entered and applicable recording components. Review the breakdown rather than judging the result by the number of invitations sent or the time a guest stayed connected.
Manual top-ups give you control over adding funds. Choosing Keep for a cloud recording enables renewals from the balance, but it does not turn on automatic card top-ups.
