Planzic gives organisers control over invitations, admission and cloud recordings. Good meeting privacy also depends on the people invited and how they use their devices.

THE MEETING EXPERIENCE, EXPLAINED
Know who has access, and why.
01
Account access
Organisers sign in with Google or a one-time email verification code. One device can be signed in to an account at a time; signing in on another device ends the earlier session.
Protect your email account and devices, and keep access codes private.
02
Personal guest links
Guests enter through their personal invitation links without an account. Keep links private because someone receiving a forwarded link may be able to use that invitation.
A displayed guest name comes from the organiser’s list; it is not an independent identity check.
03
Organiser admission
Approval is required by default. Review waiting guests before admitting them, or enable automatic admission for the meeting when appropriate. Remove unwanted participants and close the meeting when finished.
04
Private recording access
Cloud recordings are available through the organiser’s signed-in dashboard. Recording-ready emails lead to that dashboard rather than a public recording download.
Local recordings stay on the recording participant’s device. Downloaded copies are outside Planzic’s control.
05
Retention choices
Cloud recordings include 30 days of storage. Optional Keep renewals extend storage from the organiser’s balance. Delete stops storage renewal and removes controlled recording access and copies under the product’s deletion rules.
Closing a guest meeting page is separate from deleting organiser history or recording files.
06
Choose what belongs in a meeting
Use care with personal or confidential information, participant lists, chat links and recordings. Explain recording to participants and follow the rules that apply to your conversation.
07
Questions
Use the confirmed contact route for questions about access or information handling. Review the applicable product privacy and service terms before using Planzic.
A BETTER CONVERSATION STARTS EARLIER
Privacy is also a meeting practice.
A personal link gives access through an invitation, so share it only with the intended guest. The displayed name comes from the organiser’s list and should not be treated as an independent identity verification.
Choose admission to fit the situation. Reviewing arrivals yourself gives you an opportunity to confirm who is waiting; automatic admission trades that individual decision for a simpler entry flow.
Discuss recording before sensitive information is shared. The organiser-only cloud indicator does not automatically inform all participants, and local recordings can be made through supported participant options.
MAKE SPACE FOR THE PEOPLE
Keep the invitation personal.
The right context helps people arrive ready. Explain the purpose, give guests useful links and select the admission, meeting type and duration that support the conversation.
