Compare messaging, voice, video and file allowances in the same order. The authorized-device limit changes by plan, but one active communication device remains the rule. A larger allowance does not move history to another device.
Keep group activity separate when comparing costs. Each plan allows unlimited free group creation. Messages, files and calls inside groups use their own sender- or caller-paid rules, shown before paid action.
Choose one month paid once or explicitly opt into automatic monthly renewal. Purchasing and managing a plan happen in Sornix, where the applicable tax and final total are displayed.
Follow the controls, delivery rules and responsibilities that apply to pricing.
01
Group usage
No creation or membership charge. Sender pays messages per received recipient; sender pays files per recipient and relayed volume under the delivery-accounting rule. Initiating caller pays rounded connected receiving participants' usage, excluding themselves. Receiving is free. Review the exact tariff and multiplier in Sornix before any paid action.
02
How allowances work
One-to-one daily allowances reset at midnight UTC. File relay resets on paid-period renewal without rollover. Direct consumes no relay GB. Warn before exhaustion and stop; do not add an automatic paid one-to-one overage. Group accrued usage does not reset at midnight or when devices switch.
03
File counting
Direct/live-relay transfers count at complete verified receipt. Complete accepted temporary offline uploads count once per intended recipient, even if they expire before receipt; receipt does not deduct again. Partial/rejected uploads do not finalize transfer units. Text counts only when authenticated receipt is confirmed.
04
Your payment choice
Choose Pay once for one month or explicitly opt into Monthly automatic renewal. One-time payment does not renew silently. Manage cancellation, card details and plan changes from Settings → Billing while you have access. Purchases belong to this Sornix identity; no gifts, transfers or shared cross-product balance.
05
Plan changes and loss
Downgrade takes effect at paid-period end and retains the requesting device only. Ordinary expiry to Free retains the last active device. Other authorizations are revoked without deleting their old local history. Losing all devices does not recover an identity through billing records; without Sornix access, recurring-payment stopping follows the approved card-issuer route.
06
Checkout and billing
Settings → Billing provides plan status, allowances, reset dates, renewal or expiry, payment history and receipts. Review the applicable tax and final payable total before purchase. Purchasing and billing management take place in Sornix.
Continue in Sornix to set up your identity, manage your devices and use the communication tools. Choose your contacts deliberately, protect local access and review paid usage before starting.
