DURING THE CONVERSATION
Live subtitles
Original and translated text helps you follow a live call. Subtitles are not automatically saved as a transcript.
Live translation ↗FOLLOW THE WORDS. CHOOSE WHAT TO KEEP.
Optional transcripts let you keep original text, translated text or both locally. They are different from live subtitles and separate from recording the conversation.
Transcript views
Timestamps and speaker labels where reliable
Text on screen, saved text and saved media are not interchangeable. Decide what you need and make the saving choice explicitly.
DURING THE CONVERSATION
Original and translated text helps you follow a live call. Subtitles are not automatically saved as a transcript.
Live translation ↗OPTIONAL SAVED TEXT
Choose original, translated or both. Save locally, then export, share or delete the saved text. Timestamps and speaker labels are included where reliable.
OPTIONAL SAVED MEDIA
Supported media is saved to your device. Recording is a separate paid add-on, with a visible indicator and required consent.
CHOOSE A RECORD FOR A REASON
Think about what you need before enabling a saved transcript. Original text may help you review what was recognised. Translated text may help you read the exchange in the selected language. Keeping both can give you more context, without making either version a guarantee of accuracy.
Timestamps and speaker labels can organise the text where they are reliable. They should not turn uncertain recognition into a confirmed fact. Check names, quantities and arrangements against what the people in the conversation actually intended.

KEEP CONTROL OF YOUR COPY
After local saving, export or share only the copy you want to keep. A transcript can contain personal or sensitive details, so consider the people and places it will reach before forwarding it. Deleting a local copy is a separate action from reviewing your account’s usage history.
If you also choose local recording, treat it as a second decision: supported media is saved to your device, with a visible indicator, required consent and a separate recording charge. You do not need to confuse a text record, a media recording and live subtitles into a single saving option.
LOCAL SAVING DOES NOT MEAN LOCAL-ONLY PROCESSING
Transcript generation may involve service processing. For a direct call, temporary audio is processed after the call and then deleted. The local transcript is the result you choose to keep, not a promise that all processing happens on your device.
Transcript use is optional and separately charged. Live subtitles alone do not enable automatic saving.
Audio may be processed by the service to produce the transcript. Direct-call temporary audio is deleted after that processing.
Keep the resulting text on your device. Local saving is not a server archive or an automatic backup.
Export, share or delete the saved transcript. Confirm details before relying on or forwarding a transcript.
Transcript charges use additional credit and cover only the time the option is enabled. Failed transcript generation is not charged. The billing basis differs between direct and translated groups.
| Conversation mode | Transcript rate | Condition |
|---|---|---|
| Translated one-to-one | $0.49 / hour | Separately charged transcript option |
| Direct one-to-one | $0.99 / hour | Separately charged transcript option |
| Direct group | $0.49 / participant hour | $0.99 minimum |
| Translated group | $0.49 / meeting hour | Meeting-hour basis, not participant-hour basis |
A direct group transcript has a $0.99 minimum. A translated group transcript is charged by meeting hour, not by participant hour. These charges are separate from the communication mode’s usage.
A DIFFERENT OPTION
Optional local recording costs $0.49 per recorded hour. A visible recording indicator and required consent make recording a deliberate choice.
Recording and transcription are separately charged. Saving one does not mean that you have enabled the other.
All confirmed pricing ↗Local recordings and transcripts are not stored as an automatic server archive or backup. Consider where you keep or share a saved copy.
Call history is a record of activity and credit consumed. It is not evidence that audio, video or a transcript was automatically saved.
Recognition and translation can contain errors. Speaker labels and timestamps should not be treated as more reliable than the underlying conversation.
