NOTICE THE CONTACT, OPEN THE CONVERSATION
Email brings a new contact to an inbox you already use. The actual discussion happens in Hontra’s browser conversation, where you can read the report and respond with the context in view. The visitor does not receive your email address from the label.
Choose an inbox you check regularly and make sure important Hontra alerts are easy to notice. Your email service, internet connection and availability all affect when you see a message and can reply.
A code provides a practical route to contact you; it does not make you continuously available. For immediate hazards or emergencies, people should use the appropriate emergency or safety response.
