QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

The details before your next exchange.

01What is Securinos?

A private document workspace for storing, organising, requesting and sharing important documents.

02Who is it for?

Individuals with important records, professionals exchanging client documents and small teams sharing document work.

03Can I receive documents from clients?

Document requests use browser upload invitations, checklists and submission review.

04Does a recipient need to buy a plan?

No. The owner or business pays; external recipients use the access supplied through their invitation.

05Do people need to install an application?

The upload and shared-document experience works in a browser.

06Can I stop a shared link?

Revocation stops future service access. It cannot remove copies already downloaded or photographed.

07Can I keep previous versions?

Version history connects previous documents with their current record. Availability follows the selected plan’s retention limits.

08Will reminders renew a document for me?

No. They prompt you to act on a date or missing item; renewal and acceptance remain your responsibility.

09What are the prices?

Personal is $29/year, Professional $9.90/month and Team $24.90/month with three staff. Review the package allowances and terms before purchase.

10Is storage unlimited?

Storage follows your plan’s allowances. Review storage, file sizes and usage limits for the package you choose.

11How should I assess document protection?

Review the Security page and service privacy information, choose appropriate access settings, and consider who can keep copies of a shared document.

12Can Securinos replace my formal records system?

It does not by itself establish regulatory compliance, legal retention or professional recordkeeping suitability.

DOCUMENT WORK, WITH PEOPLE IN MIND

Understand the distinction before you choose.

A vault gives documents a home. A request helps you collect and review material. A share gives someone access to a selected document or folder.

The subscription is for the owner or business doing the workspace work. An external recipient uses the access provided through the invitation.

Follow the detailed guides for the part of the workflow you need, then compare the complete package and service information before choosing a subscription.

How it works

A WORKSPACE WITH USEFUL CONTEXT

Choose the guide for the part you need to understand.

Storage, requests and sharing have different purposes. Knowing which step you need makes the detailed explanation easier to find.

The feature, pricing and security guides work together: understand the workflow, compare the package and review the access boundary before making your choice.
